Happy Memorial Day

To many Memorial Day is a day where you go to cookouts and parties, while there is nothing wrong with any of that lets not forget the real reason for the day. Take time to remember all the brave men and women who fought and died in combat for this country. We have so many troops with more balls than most of us willing to sacrifice their lives for this country and the people in it. While I disagree with some of the actions taken by the troops and the recent wars in general, I cant deny the bravery and heroic actions of the troops who put their lives on the line day in and day out. America owes a huge debt to these men and women. To all the men and women in the armed forces (Navy, Marines, Army, Air Force, Green Berets, ect) Thank You, and to the ones who past away R.I.P. I just hope our country wises up and brings the troops home as soon as possible

Brief update

So I have been slacking recently when it comes to updating my blog. I been so busy the past few weeks working and trying to find another job, because college  gonna pay for itself. Anyway Im gonna try my best to update more consistently, and stuff like that. It seems like although I been gone, my views still go up. This blog is 2-3 countries away from being viewed in 100 countries! The crazy thing is how some people come across my blog. On my blog is shows me keyword searches and shows me how people come across my blog. While most are normal, there are some crazy ones. Someone was searching up the term "9 year old pussy" and somehow found my blog. Someone else was looking up "jizz for young people". Pretty creepy huh? Also if you haven't heard my blog was nominated in the "Best Teen Blog" in the BlackWeblog Awards. I would appreciate your vote. You can vote here . Thank you to all who did, and thank you in advance to all who are going too. (Am I boring you with this lame update? of course I am) Finally if you have any beef, complaints, suggestions, love, death threats or whatever you can post them either on the blog's facebook page or you can hit me up directly on twitter!/ClassClownKJL (btw please don't take a majority of my tweets seriously, I am a very sarcastic person and some people still don't seem to get that smh)

Before I forget, I am thinking about doing something new. If you have an opinion, are funny, or at very least interesting and wanna write something that you want posted on my blog, feel free to let me know

I been meaning to update that Osama post for a while now

There is no question that the Osama post is the weakest post on my blog thus far. If you want the real honest truth, all that is is a bunch of my initial thoughts, and that whole post is pretty much all my facebook statuses that I had the night of Osama's killing. It was lazy of me, and I decided to clarify and update a few things. I believe Osama is dead. I have a hard time believeing the stort that was told. The official stoory that night went something like this:
Navy seal teams went in, Had a 40 min gun fight with Osama and his people, Osama used his wife as a human shield, and it ended with him getting shot in the eye.

Then the story was soon changed to:
Seals went in, Osama was unarmed, didnt use his wife as a shield, got taken away and got shot shortly after.

They cant even get their story straight. Even that picture in BS. You know that picture with Obama and his team in the war room allegidely looking at the Osama killing on a big screen live. Well it came out that they wernnt watching anything. According to a dailymail article:'
CIA director Leon Panetta said the live feed from helmet-mounted cameras worn by the Navy Seal team was cut off as they stormed the buildings in Abottabad.

A photograph of U.S. President Barack Obama, defence staff and aides in the situation room was released by the White House, appearing to show them anxiously watching as the mission unfolded.
But in reality they knew little of what was taking place in the fortified compound during the 38 minutes it took the Navy Seals to complete Operation Geronimo.
In an interview with PBS, Mr Panetta said: 'Once those teams went into the compound I can tell you that there was a time period of almost 20 or 25 minutes where we really didn't know just exactly what was going on.

I believe Osama has been dead, and I belived this ever since I seen this video two years ago
She was the Prime Minister of Pakistan for goodness sake. She knows whats going on in her country. Also how can a 6 foot something, guy with bad health just move into a compound next to a military base (which is similar to West Point) and she doesnt know about it? I really believe that the United States is trying to start something up with Pakistan. Prior to the Osama capture the Pakistani government has been telling the CIA to keep their drones out of Pakistan. Its not because our drones were doing recon work, but because they were killing innocent civilians. This is an article from April 23rd. This is just one story. There are a few others out there talking about innocent civilians getting killed by drones. Also look at the date, this took place BEFORE we killed Osama. So what does that tell you? Attacking a bunch of innocent civilians is an act of war. When that happned on 9/11 we were furious, and we only lost roughly around 3000. Meanwhile so far as a whole this "War on Terror" has killed many times that amount. In Iraq alone, 1 million innocent Iraqi civilians died, due to US intervention. Also there have been articles coming out recently about the US "Kill Teams" that target innocent civilians. We need to get out of the Middle East. There is no purpose for being there, and by staying there we are only escalating a bad situation and making it worse. We are fighting a war on terror, A war on an idea. We dont even have a specific focus and plan for our middle eastern intervention, and while the higher ups are clueless, many good people ob both sides (troops and civilians) are dying. Also dont you think that if a boy sees his innocent dad get killed by a drone or US forces, that he wont want payback? This type of stuff doesnt help the US cause at all and all it does is creates more anti-US sentiment, creates more insurgents, and puts more lives in danger. Lets get back to Osama. We knew that he and others like him were in Pakistan for a long time. I bet many of you have never heard of the "Airlift of Evil"? This happened shortly after 9/11. We knew they were in Pakistan, because we allowed them to go there. So in the end the US government knows a lot more than we are led to believe. Also the burial is suspicious as well, and that is a whole other can of worms. Lets say that the official story is true. Wouldnt it make more sense to capture him alive and torture him to get all the secrets out? He is the number one terrorist right? Also why not just show us the picture? Obama says "thats not who we are". Thats BS. We are the country that sends drones into countries killing innocent civilians. We are a country that has movies and video games glorifying war. Also in the age of the internet you can easily find worse. I mentioned the Kill Teams. Well you can find the pictures here , and if that doesnt disturb you, you really arent human. I dont get how a picture of a dead Osama would cause all this outrage when you can easily find pictures and in certain cases video of yound children being slaughtered. Also are we supposed to believe that he was just in that compound for years and the US had no idea? We have some of the best intelligence personnel in the world. They can find you in more ways than one. How can Osma have a laptop and cable and not get tracked or whatever? We are in a time where out government can track us with our cell phones (see telecommunication act of 96), how can they not find a terrorist on a laptop? That must mean Osama is very smart and our intelligence is very dumb, which isnt the case at all. I am tight on time, so I will go into what I see happening in the future. Now that Osama is gone we need another leader to step up and be the "face of terror", in order to maintain the current status quo (wars, patriot act, ect)  I believe that new face will be none other than anwar al-awlaki. Anwar was the alleged mastermind behind the Ft Hood Shooting, the Underwear Bomber, ect. The thing is Anwar has some connections with our government. Why would I say something like this? He was dining at the Pentagon months after 9/11. Ask yourself, why would you let a terrorist come and eat and chill in the pentagon? Heres the story WhatI believe will happen is that there will either be another terrorist attack or even (most likely) another attempt, and that will be blamed on Anwar and they will some how find some way to blame Pakistan. They might say something like "This is revenge for Osama's killing" or something like that. That would soon bring us into another war. A war with Pakistan is not something you want to do. Pakistan's army is nothing to play with, also they have nukes and even worse they have China in their corner. China and Pakistan have an economic partnership and that no doubt will spill over in a possible war situation. That being said this is just what I believe. No doubt that there are tons of fishy things about Osama's death, and some of which we would never know.
UPDATE 5/18: It looks like a war w/ Pakistan is in the works. Today Nato Helicopters attacked a Pakistan military outpost, wounding 2 soldiers. . I hope our government stops this foolishness, because the last thing we need is to put more lives at risk for another senseless war.

So someone left me an anonymous trashing...

People if you hate me and my blog feel free to let me know. I dont mind a good trashing, just dont do it anonymously. You can DM me on twitter @ClassClownKJL, post your hate on my blog's fan page on facebook(or my personal page if I have you as a friend). Im not really a fan of hating in the comment section, because I rarely if ever see it. Im from Boston, where being thick skinned is a must. Why do you think I have it on open comment? Hate doesnt bother me in the slightest, but anonymous hate annoys me. If you wanna see it (the trashing) go to the Osama dead post and look at the comments. One thing I did get out of the trashing is I need to really clarify my post before I put it up. I respect your opinion and your honesty regardless if you love or hate my blog (or even me for that matter). That being said dont hate anyomously. Lastly if you hate me so much, feel free to let me know on the "I Hate Kevin Lilly" fan page

You want the Truth? You cant Handle the Truth

Everywhere I go I constantly see stuff about "keepin it real", "keepin it 100", and being real and not fake. This message is all well and good, but let's be honest, no one wants real people. The thought of real people is cool, but real people are honest, and people nowadays seem to have a huge problem with honesty. They like it when it's about others, but absolutely hate it when it's directed their way. No one likes to be called out on their nonsense, but don't seem to mind it when someone else is being called out on theirs. I can honestly say that if I decided to be honest with some people that would end friendships. Not because of any fault of mine, simply because they cant handle the truth. Honesty is the atomic bomb that can destroy any relationship or friendship. I really believe people cant handle honesty because of one main reason, and that is because they are insecure. People believe that they are "real" and have an issue when people call them out on it. People just aren’t honest with themself. Hitler said," A lie repeated often becomes the truth", and people lie to themselves saying that they are real and can handle honesty, when in all actuality they can't. The purpose of honesty is for you to correct your mistake, and change. How do you expect someone to change the fact that they stink if you never tell them? How do you expect anyone to change if you don't ever bring it to their attention? The thing that I noticed is the population of "real" people is low. You could even say that "real" people are an endangered species. I can garuntee you that 89% of the people who claim to be real are anything but. I'll prove it in an example.  Put all the "real" people on a train car, and sprinkle a few people who have open zippers and boogies obviously in their nose. I can put money that out of a train car full of supposed "real people" maybe 2 would actually say something. I seen it happen, and I was the only one who told the person about it. Other people would look at the dude with the boogie in his nose and laugh, or at the very least judge him or whatever in their mind. Its pretty sad when you think of it. When I was younger I wanted a Hot Shot transformer action figure. I got it and decided I didn't really like it anymore (Also around that same time I got Optimus and Bumblebee). That being said honesty is like that Hot Shot transformer action figure. Many of us think we want it, until we actually get it. So I'll end this by saying first learn to be honest with yourself. You can't expect yourself to take honesty if you built yourself up on lies. Also know that honesty isn't coming from a place to attack you, but to help you change for the better. Lastly don't claim to be real, when you really are fake. That's false advertising.

Why I was annoyed PT4 (or whatever part im at): The Rejection letter from BU

If you are new to my blog you might not be familiar with the "Why I was annoyed" segment of my blog. In this segment I pretty much post up rejection letters I get and break them down the way only I can. I can take rejection, its no big deal, I just hate all the extra BS they throw on top of it. If a rejection letter was honest it would simply say, "Sorry you didn’t make it", and I would appreciate that. What I don’t appreciate is the extra BS that’s added with it. So today I am going to post a letter I got today from BU. I tried to transfer over there for next semester, and well I guess they didn’t want me. Its all good, I’m not tearing myself up about it. I was planning to stay at the school I was at for one more semester anyway. Not to mention (I’m not trying to toot my own horn), but I might be better than half of the applicants anyway. Two-time Dean's List and a 4.0 GPA in my Freshman year proves it, but I’m not here to brag, so without wasting anymore of your time here is the letter:

Dear Mr. Lilly:
Your application for admission to Boston University has received the careful consideration of the Board of Admissions. We appreciate your interest in Boston University, but I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission.(The letter could of stopped right here. I didn't get in, ok, now here comes the BS to make me feel better) An unfavorable decision is never easily reached. Please know that we recognize your strong commitment to your studies as well as the tremendous amount of time and effort that went into the preparation of your application.(This is a part for kids who are weak to make them feel a little better that they didn't get in. Its like stabbing you and then proceeding to offer you a bandaid. If they really "recognized my strong commitment to my studies" and stuff they would of simply Let me in, but they didn't)
This year Boston University received more than TBD transfer applications for approximately 250 seats in our incoming class. This was a highly competitive applicant pool and unfortunately many very qualified students are receiving disappointing news. (IDGAF...So they tell me I didn't get in, and now tell me about the applicant pool. I DONT CARE. This is just another attempt to make people feel better. They're trying to say "sorry you didn't get in, but there were a lot of talented applicants, so don't feel bad"...I meanwhile could careless. Im not gonna read the letter like "aww mann i didnt get in, but ohhh the applicant pool was bigger this year"...)
Thank you for applying to Boston University. I wish you the best of luck in your future academic endeavors. (Blah Blah Blah)
Kelly A. Walter
Assistant Vice President &
  Executive Director of Admissions
(So heres the letter. You enjoy it. Im not gonna tear myself up about this decision, because I planned for the worse. Besides God must want me to stay where Im at for the moment. Everything happens for a reason. Besides if I stay at the school Im at, I have 3 jobs right off the gate, and its cheaper. Its their loss. Its like teams that passed over Jordan in the draft, there gonna realize what they passed on sooner or later. So that concludes my "Why I was annoyed Part 4".)

My initial thoughts about the death of Osama Bin Laden

-Even if Osama is dead, from a realistic standpoint these wars are still gonna continue, money is still gonna be wasted, and very little would change...
-Osama is dead..I say about time..Hes an old guy with a bad Kidney condition with dialysis machines, That doesnt exactly spell long life, but Shoutout to the troops who found him.Hope they Bring the Troops home....and Obama still aint getting my vote in 2012
-there was a story I heard about last week saying Al Qaeda has some nuke hidden somewhere in Europe if Osama happens to get captured or killed....I guess we will have to see how this plays out
-Im not giving Obama or any politician credit on this one...It was all the brave men and women of the armed forces who made it possible
-Shouldnt we give Bush props for getting us into war, because Obama wouldnt of gotten Osama w/o him?...Bush threw it up and Obama dunked
- Was it really all worth it? We are trillion of dollars in debt, the US lost many troops, not to mention all the countless innocent people who died. Was one man really worth it?
-Yes today might be a much needed morale booster for this country, and our troops, but at the end of the day we seemed to create more problems than we solved.
-The Brits got their chance to be proud to be British, now its Americas turn
-Lets not forget the US gave him the money and weapons to start off back when the Russians invaded, so we kinda created our own worse enemy
-Its odd how this all happens right when Obama is starting his re-election campaign
