US in a war with Libya because we need to defend human rights...give me a break

So it looks like the Us is officially in war with Lybia. Another war we can't afford, that actually isn't a war because Congress hasn't declared war. The last time congress declared war was world war two, and we had how many wars since then? Obama is making it seem like we are helping the Libyan people. What a big liar. Gadaffi is a dick, that goes without saying, and he kills his own people, but why do we care? Let's be honest, americans don't care about Africans killing each other. Where were the US army during Rwanda, Darfur, and Congo genocide? 5 million people died in Congo alone and half of America don't even know what happened. Why didn't we intervene there? People died, oh wait they have no oil...silly me.
*Since we are now the worlds police let's invade Yemen and bahrain. They machine gun their own people.
*Or let's invade Saudi Arabia, cuz they behead Christians all the time.
*Or let's airstrike Israel cuz they do organ harvesting on the Palestinians

Also since when is it cool to work with the enemy? I thought we got involved in the middle east to STOP al-Qaeda, not work with them?

Lastly lets even go right here in America. Many war protesters were arrested for protesting without a permit? But Hillary Clinton is out there saying "The US is standing with (insert group here) protesters" because we are for democracy, and yet when people want to have a peaceful protest it gets squashed lickity split. I hate this hypocritical double standard in this country. We only support democracy when its convenient for us. Other than that we dont care, and its pathetic. Obama SUCKS.

Hey Obama, since you wanna go protect human rights , go after these countries. Israel, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Bahrain, China, and a few other of those dictator filled countries. Oh wait, jeez i keep forgetting...There our allies, so they could kill all the people they want....whoops...

What do a suicide bomber and The Situation have in common? The both bombed horribly

I don't remember the last time I watched something that was supposed to be "funny" that had me feeling super uncomfortable. Then this video came along. I knew it was going to be bad, because a few days ago Joe Derosa was on O&A and he was at the Donald Trump roast, and he said how awful it was. So i was prepared for the worse, but after watching that, that performance was worst than I ever imagined. It was so douchechillish and cringeworthy, that I struggled to even finish it. How can the Situation suck at telling jokes? He italian for goodness sakes, bustin balls is in their blood. Granted I had low expectations for Situation. I didn't expect him to be at the level of the late Greg Giraldo, nick dipaolo, or whatever, but I at least expected him to have at least ONE funny thing. The situation reminded me of another famous Italian ball buster, Billy Batts. Its too bad the Situation didn't suffer the same fate, for his stupid jokes

One joke he told got cut because it was deemed "too racial" by comedy central. Here is the "joke" (i put that in quotes because its not funny.)

"Hey, Snoop Dogg, Donald Trump and your ancestors had a lot in common -- they owned real estate, and your ancestors were property!"

I have no problem with racial humor, as long as its funny and clever. This was neither funny, nor clever. If your gonna tell a joke that relates to slavery, the least you he could of done was make it funny. The situation is like a chick who looks good and had absolutely NO personality whatsoever. Yeah, he might have the abs, but every time he opens his mouth something retarded comes out.

Update on the situation in Japan, my thought on a few charities, and one thing some americans do in this country I HATE

UPDATE 3/14: I was wrong when I said the the nuclear plants safely shut down. There is one that is in a really bad position. The nuclear plant in Fukushima is near a potential meltdown. This meltdown has the ability to top Chernobyl. Not only would the damage destroy and effect Japan, but the radiation could be carried by the wind across the pacific, and has the ability to reach California in around a weeks time. Also lets keep in mind that there are a bunch of islands and countries that exist between Japan and California in that Pacific region. From what Im hearing, the best advice (if you are in Japan) would be to get as far away from Fukushima as possible, and also see what direction the wind is going so you can try to avoid it (in the likely event that a meltdown does take place and radiation starts to spread). Also theres some iodine thing you can take ONCE EXPOSED TO RADIATION, but I forgot the details of it. If you take it before it would result in serious health problems.

That being said Im still praying for Japan, and also am seeing if I can donate money to organization like    All Hands Volunteers, and stuff like that. While Im talking about Charities let me say this one thing. I dont trust a few of the big charities like Red Cross and United Way. They have been caught on a few occasions stealing most of the donation money, and using not even half to actually help its intended group. Heres one article if you dont believe me
So now you see why I dont trust them. They do some good work, that cant be argued, but it seems like there in the "Misery Business" (and Im not talking about Paramore). These charities are making money based on the guilt of some and the misery of others, and I dont think its right at all.

Lastly So from what I heard today was "wear red for japan day" or something like that. Most of you already know my hatred for the "wear (insert color here) to support (insert cause here)" type of thing. It might be the most idiotic way of thinking your making a difference. Some people in Japan right now dont even have enough clothes to have a selection to even have a "color of the day". I hate when people are convinced they are making a difference. Are you? Are YOU really? Is that red helping to clean up and bring aid to the newly homeless Japanese? (NOPE) is wearing red going to stop Japan from a nuclear meltdown? (NOPE) is wearing red going to help a child cope after losing their parent? (NOPE). You get the picture. I hate it. Actions are all that matters

Japan was hit with a tragic earthquake/tsunami today

Well if you have been living under a rock for the past few hours, you dont know that Japan had just faced one of (if not) the worst earthquake in its history. The earthquake was an 8.8-8.9, and it also triggered a tsunami. The after effects are catastrophic and I seriously mean it when I say my thoughts and prayers are with the people of Japan. The good thing however if the nuclear plants safely shut down as the earthquake came, thank God because if it didnt the results would be absolutely disastrous. Once I find out more info on what you can do to donate/provide aid to the people of Japan ill be sure to post it. Also currently Hawaii , California, and other islands in the pacific are bracing themselves for a Tsunami. I hope that it misses, or if it does hit that the results arent as bad. People dont ever complain, because as you can see things could all be worse and change before you even know it.

ENOUGH WITH CHARLIE SHEEN: Im off the bandwagon

I think that Charlie Sheen hype has reached it's peak, and is only going downhill. To understand why I say this lets go back to the beginning shall we? *Insert flashback music here* I usually listen to Alex Jones's show and when he announced he was getting an interview with Charlie Sheen, I didn't really listen that day. I thought he (Charlie) was gonna do that usual Hollywood thing and D&D (deny and dodge) questions. Boy was I wrong. That interview was hilarious. And easily can be considered interview of the year. From that point on I was all in(like many others). Then he did a few more interviews that were also pure entertainment. I wasn't one of the people watching to see him fall, but I just loved his honesty and candidness. I admit that I had the #winning thing all over my twitter/Facebook. I admit I , like many others, follow him on twitter. I also admit that I checked out every interview he was in hoping for a laugh, and the ironic thing is I'm not even a Charlie Sheen fan. I loved him in Platoon, but that's about it. I seen Two and a half men once on a plane and I hated it. In my opinion it was so cheesy and corny, but people somehow love it. Anyway this weekend he started to let the hype get to his head and "jumped the shark" with Sheen's Korner. First of all we have beef because he stole the corner with a k thing from me! Lol jk. Seriously Sheen's Korner was PAINFUL. It was so bad. He wasn't funny, and on top of that he clearly has nothing. He actually said "what is your top 5 favorite Charlie sheen quotes?". After watching that you can tell he's getting gassed up on his own hype. If I can summarize that trainwreck in one sentence I would say it was "A gassed up, unfunny, uninteresting Charlie Sheen surrounded with a bunch of yes men". I feel so sorry for those people who bought a Charlie Sheen Winning shirt, because by the time it actually gets to your door Charlie Sheen hype might be a thing of the past. May I remind you that this is a society that stays on one celeb till they get boring and quickly move on to the next one. If Charlie Sheen was smart he would limit his exposure. Too much of anything is destined to get anyone sick. He should read 48 laws of power, especially law 4 which is "say less than necessary". Charlie is trying too hard to be "crazy and off the cuff" like he was in the beginning, but he is failing MISERABLY. I'm officially off the Charlie Sheen bandwagon like Christopher Reeves on a.....never mind. But yeah Charlie lost me, and it's his own fault. He also lost his job, and his kids all due to his own actions. That doesn't sound like winning to me. I bet he is looking back now, and would gladly trade that ustream abortion known as "sheens korner" for his job back on two and a half men. At this point I went from being entertained by him to feeling completely sorry for him...then again why should I feel sorry for him? He has way more money than I have at the moment, he has a million times more followers than I have on twitter, and I wish I had just as much views on my blog like he has views on sheens korner. I just feel sorry for the fact that he is a train wreck waiti

ng to happen, and with all these yes men around him he is destined to fall hard.

So it looks like the US might invade Libya after all for "humanitarian" reasons, but my thing is since when did we get a heart all of a sudden

I was on yahoo last night, and I came across a story about how the US has warships ready to intervene, to provide "stability" in Libya. are going with the excuse that this is an "humanitarian" issue. My question is since when did our government care about people? Lets see. The US has been supporting dictators who kill their people for years. Do names like Pinochet,  the shah, Mubarak, Diem, Pol Pot, Batista sound familiar? Well they should. These are dictators who were supported by this country because they supported our interest, meanwhile they get away with slaughtering their own people. Also switching gears for a second, Saddam killed a bunch of his own people, but I dont think that many people know that ever since we've been in Iraq there are over 1 million dead Iraqis. Dont believe me, heres an article to a huffington post article We not only put our troops in harms way ,but we also put many innocent civilians in harms way also. Also if the United States government were as dedicated to human rights, why not do one simple gesture and amuse the world and join the ICC (international criminal court)? They wont and never would and you know why? because we all know that governments dont value human life at all, the only thing they value is the money and resources it gets them. I love this country, but I hate the fact that we are putting our troops and innocent civilians in harms way time and time again, for what? Libya looks like it really is about the oil because there was no talks of intervening when it came to revolts in Tunisia, Egypt and even Iran, but I think that because Libya is sitting on a gold mine with their oil reserves that has something to do with it. If our government wants something instead of using our troops, they should gear up and go fight themselves. If they believe in something so strongly then they should have no problem actually gearing up, getting a weapon and getting deployed to fight for it right?

Happy Birthday Theodor Seuss Geisel aka Dr. Seuss!!!!!!!!!!!! March 2, 1904 - September 24 1991

I dont care what anyone thinks, but Dr. Seuss is the greatest American author of ALL TIME. I say that because he not only inspired generation upon generation of young people with his work, but he also was the embodiment of different. HIs classics include: Green Eggs and Ham, Cat in the Hat, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Oh the places you'll go, and many more. Although I am a ninja, his books hold a special place in my heart (sounds kinda soft huh?..oh well). As a matter of fact when I learned to read the first books I read were Dr. Seuss books.  Dr. Seuss was also born in MA, so in my eyes that makes him even more AWESOME. When he died on Sept 24 1991 (wow, thats two days after I was born) he had written and illustrated 44 books. He is a legend.

"Why fit in when you were born to stand out?"
— Dr. Seuss
"Oh, the things you can find if you don't stay behind!"

"Being crazy isn't enough."  Dr. Seuss
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind."

"Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You."

"We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love."
 Dr. Seuss

"Think left and think right and think low and think high. Oh, the thinks you can think up if only you try!"
 Dr. Seuss

"So the writer who breeds more words than he needs, is making a chore for the reader who reads."
— Dr. Seuss

Five facts about the current state of America that I found both scary & interesting

1. Our national debt just crossed 14 trillion...let me say that again 14 TRILLION!!!!! In others words if everyone in this country gets taxed 100% of what they make, we still wouldnt have enough to pay for our national debt. Lets take a country..hmmm lets go China. If China finally decides they had enough of the United States's skullduggery and want their money back we are beyond screwed.

2. The education in this country SUCKS. There are so many countries that are smarter than us. For example, kids in this country dont even rank in the top half when it comes to education. So not only are we getting broke, we are getting dumber. I would post that chart but its a bit too confusing.

3. There are shortages in food and water, and its basic economics that if the supply goes down the price goes up. For more read here

4.The working poor in this country is increasing at a rapid rate. For example in a USAtoday article it said ,"More than 40 million people get food stamps, an increase of nearly 50% during the economic downturn, according to government data through May. The program has grown steadily for three years." The quote tells you what it is, The middle class in this country is slowly becoming nonexistent, and meanwhile the gap between rich and poor is getting bigger. Heres the article

5. Our dollar is getting devalued to the point where it is so close to being worth nothing. Our dollar is fiat currency. In other words there is no gold to back it up. In recent times our debt has become so large that we are printing money essentially out of nothing. I talked about the awful Qualitative Easing plan on my blog here We are spending and making money we dont have. Not to mention recently China and Russia came out saying they are going to quit the dollar. They know its a sinking ship. Wanna have fun? Go on this site and put in an amount. Lets say in 1913 I decided to buy a DVD (i know they didnt exist then but go with it) and it cost 10$. Do you know how much that DVD that cost 10$ would cost me today due to inflation? Well ill tell you it would cost me 222.45$. Lets try a more smaller number? I am thirsty from time traveling so I stop off in the 1960's and get a coke. Lets say it cost me 1$. Do you know how much that would cost me today due to inflation/dollar devaluation? 7.44. Heres the link before I forget for the inflation calculator Its crazy but if we keep printing money we dont have sooner or later its gonna look like Germany post WW1 with people playing around with stacks of US money thats worth nothing.

The sad part about it is, although all this stuff is happening in this country there are people who are gonna give more attention to Charlie Sheen's rants and Oscar rumors than they are what looks to be an imminent major collapse of this great country
